Our sized

Authentic WorkJoy™ is built on the important emotions and situations of working life. Once born, it is worth nurturing. It sustains the wearer and the whole work community, even in times of change and difficulty.

  • Workshops and training

When Authentic WorkJoy™ fills your work community, it tends to spread to the wider community of those who carry it.

To ignite, it needs certain emotions to be permanently available.

For example, how do we increase the sense of security in our work community every day?

    How do we develop trust?

How do we foster respectful dialogue and a sense of community in your organisation?

I tailor effective workshops and high-impact training for your work communities on a case-by-case basis.

Together, we create much more than rules of the game - concrete tools to help your everyday life, so that the Authentic WorkJoy™ can be replicated and grow.

  • Facilitating the change process

The Authentic WorkJoy™ also supports you in times of change.

The work community needs support in the change process.

Where and how will the journey continue?

How do we make change a "good trip"?

Facilitating change helps your work community to deal with their emotions and use their talents also in a change situation.

It helps to increase a sense of control and to strengthen confidence that things will go in the right direction, piece by piece.

In this way, even in change, we can feel and experience the Authentic WorkJoy™.

  • Restorative workplace mediation

The Authentic WorkJoy™ helps you get ahead even in difficult places.

Whether it's a workplace conflict or an otherwise acrimonious situation, mediation can help to shed just the right amount of light on the shadows.

Conflict is often about interaction challenges or a lack of security and a sense of trust.

You don't always know what's going on. It could be a bilateral situation, or a lump smouldering within the group. Often it is a bundle of misunderstandings.

A workplace mediator should be called in at the latest when attempts have been made to resolve the situation within the workplace without success.
