  • Individual coaching

    For an expert or a leader

    The process of individual coaching offers you the peace to discover your Authentic WorkJoy™ - your full potential, strengths, growth areas, abilities, needs and ways to develop - even the hidden ones.

    Coaching can be both practical and therapeutic, even if it is not therapy.

    Your objectives will determine the topics to be discussed and the number of meetings (e.g. 5-10). The objectives are agreed at the beginning of the coaching process. They may also change shape along the way.

    As an expert, our discussions can cover topics such as your current work challenges, goals and choices, career development, skills orientation, clarifying your professional role or other issues that you don't have time for in your everyday life.

    As a leader, your coaching sessions can cover topics such as your relationship with the people you lead, your leadership behaviour and your development as a leader.

  • Mentor coaching

    For coaching professionals

    I also offer mentor coaching for coach certification.

    My own coaching career started in 2005.

    I am certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) up to MCC level.

    In recent years, I have acted as a mentor-coach to colleagues, mainly at ACC or PCC level.

    I am happy to be involved in developing the coaching sector and helping coaches to move forward in their important work.
