An example of a development process:
Management Team interviews:
Individual interviews, where the questions focus on the cooperation, functioning, ways of interaction, strengths and areas for improvement. Interviews last 45 min. / person. The interviews are summarised and the themes for group coaching are developed on this basis.
In addition or alternatively, a credible, research-based WorkPlace Big Five survey or existing management assessments, 360 assessments, staff surveys, etc. can be used.
Jory meetings:
3 x 3 h (about once a month - will agree on a suitable frequency). The process will address together the themes that emerged from the interview summary and observations in a constructive and supportive way. Finding solutions, common understanding and ways to move forward according to the objectives. My way of working is coaching. - Asking, no shushing!
